Cox & Kings injects £12.4m into UK education travel and activity subsidiary

Prometheon Holdings, the corporate vehicle used by Cox & Kings, to acquire Holidaybreak - the UK education and activity travel group - in September 2011, has received £12.4m in equity finance from its Mumbai-listed parent company.
