First quarter revenue up 12.5% at SkillSoft

SkillSoft, the private equity owned e-learning company, has reported an adjusted EBITDA of $40.9m (2012: $31.9m) for the first quarter ended 30 April 2013, on revenue up 12.5% to $100.5m (2012: $89.3m). $5.1m of the increase in revenue was generated from the ThirdForce business acquired in October 2012 for $62.3m (net of cash received).
