Revenue up 3.6% at Berlitz; Benesse undertakes full-scale overhaul of core education business

Benesse Holdings, Japan’s leading for-profit education company, has reported an operating income at its Berlitz language training division of ¥568m - £3.6m (2012: ¥543m - £3.5m) for the year ended 31 March 2013 on revenue up 3.6% to ¥61.5bn - £394m (2012: ¥59.4bn - £380m).
