RM has been chosen by Tesco as its partner for the retailer's brand new voucher collection scheme which launches in 2009. The new scheme merges Tesco’s Computers for Schools and Sport for Schools and Clubs programmes plus other curriculum resources including art into a single catalogue. Both schemes are currently supported by RM – Computers for Schools since 2000 and Sport for Schools and Clubs since last year after winning the contract against Findel.

Computers for Schools was launched in 1992 and in its first year Tesco gave 13,000 items to UK schools. Sport for Schools and Clubs followed in 2005. By the end of 2008, Tesco estimates that it will have provided more than three million items of computing and sports equipment, with a value of more £150m. Nearly 40,000 schools and clubs take part in their voucher collection schemes every year.
